Shipping Policy
The Vichys art team works hard to ship orders out quickly, typically within 2-3 business days for most orders.
However, framed canvas prints, acrylic and metal prints could take longer to process, sometimes up to 6 days to be shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges may apply)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors.
If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is to ensure that you begin to receive your items as swiftly as possible.
Vichys art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at vichysart@gmail.com
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
IF YOU GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT
In most cases we've discovered that when the package hasn't arrive it usually means it was delivered to the wrong address mistakenly. The good news is that your order will probably show up in just a few more days as the mistake is discovered and rectified. Because of this, please wait up to five days from the date of "delivery" before reaching out to us. If, by chance, your order still hasn't arrived after 5 days of the supposed delivery date please email us at vichysart@gmail.com
If you received a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please contact us at vichysart@gmail.com right away for assistance.
